From your first enquiry to picking up the keys, here is exactly what happens.
The process
Five steps, no surprises
1. Filter the listings
Choose your area, room type and monthly budget. What you see is what is available today.
2. Send an enquiry
Use the form on the listing, or WhatsApp us. Tell us your move-in date and how long you need the room.
3. Book a viewing
We arrange a time at the building itself. Evenings and weekends are fine. Bring your Emirates ID or passport copy.
4. Agree the terms in writing
Rent, bills, deposit, notice period and house rules, written down before any money changes hands.
5. Move in
Pay the deposit and first month, collect the keys and access card, and you are in.
What you need to bring
A copy of your passport or Emirates ID, and the deposit plus first month's rent. Most buildings accept bank transfer or cash. Ask for a receipt every time.
Questions about the process
How quickly can I move in?
If the room is marked available now, usually within two to three days of the viewing.
Do I need a visa or Emirates ID?
Most buildings ask for a passport copy at minimum. Some require an Emirates ID or visa copy. The listing page states this where we know it.
What notice do I have to give when leaving?
One month is standard. It will be written in your agreement before you pay anything.
