Why we started
Finding a bed space in Dubai usually means scrolling classified ads with no price, calling ten numbers, and being shown a room that looks nothing like the photo.
We built Nest to do the opposite. Every listing carries the monthly rent, the area, the room type, how many people share it and what the bills cover. If we do not know something, we leave it blank instead of guessing.

Photos of the actual room, taken at the building, not stock interiors of somewhere else.
Nothing before a viewing
We never ask for a deposit or a booking fee before you have seen the room in person.
How we work with property owners
We list rooms on behalf of building supervisors and apartment owners across Dubai. We verify that the room exists, photograph it, and publish the terms as they were given to us.
Owners who will not put terms in writing do not get listed.
