Written terms before you pay anything
Every arrangement we help with is written down: monthly rent, what the bills cover, the deposit, the notice period and who to call for maintenance.
If a listing carries an advertising permit number, it is printed on the listing page. If it does not have one yet, the field is left blank rather than filled with something invented.
Common questions
Do you charge a commission?
No commission on bed spaces or partitions. For private rooms and studios, any fee is stated in writing before you commit.
What deposit should I expect?
Usually one month's rent, refundable at the end of your notice period provided the room is left in the same condition.
Can I view the room before paying?
Yes. We never ask for money before a viewing. If someone does, walk away.
